Saturday, June 8: 9:15am: Mastering your bike - getting ready for the July 28 triathlon! Meet at Eagle Park Pool and we'll go over anything you want to regarding how to ride your bike safely and then we'll go for a 8-10 mile ride! HELMETS MANDATORY
VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITY FOR MVM: Sun., June 9, De Anza College. The Silicon Valley Kids' Triathlon http://www.svkidstri.org/volunteer/ It's an amazing, well organized event and you will get to watch over 1000 kids participate in a triathlon!
Saturday, June 15: Interested in getting in a Long Course meet under your belt right in your own back yard? Sign up for the Quicksilver Long Course meet at Gunderson High School in San Jose:

Saturday, June 22: Catfish Open Water Swim - Chesboro Reservoir. http://usa-productions.racemine.com/USA-Productions/events/2013/Catfish-Open-Water-Swim. Bring your bike and go for a ride around the reservoir afterwards w/ Coach Laura! About 15 mi loop.
Saturday, July 20: MVM Picnic & Potluck at Cuesta Park - This year we have a new feature! "MVM's Minute to Win It" game! Bring the kids!
Mark Your Calendar! SUNDAY, JULY 28, 8AM - MVM & Fremont Hills Masters TRIATHLON and Potluck!
Location: Fremont Hills Country Club, Los Altos.
Distance: 500m swim, 10mi bike, 5k run.
KIDS TRI following the adult triathlon: 300m swim/5mi bike/3k run.
Relays are encouraged! We'll have sign ups shortly.
