Practice Schedule

Our coached practices are held at Eagle Park Pool in Mountain View. We swim year-round every morning. We have 8 lanes, 25 yards. In the summer, we have 25 meters.

On most holidays we swim on our weekend schedule with two workouts (6:30am and 7:45am). Check our calendar.

Lap Swimming

Open Lap Swimming is also available during all the above hours in the shallow area of the pool (4 lanes, 20 yards).
