Warmup:
300 swim

5 x 100 IM:
#1. all kick
#2. 75 kick – 25 swim
#3. 50 kick – 50 swim
#4. 25 kick – 75 swim
#5. all swim

8 x 25 breast
odds: drill
evens: focus on breakouts

Main Set:
12 x 50 on 1:00 (or pick an interval that gives about 20 seconds rest on the odd reps)
odds: fast breaststroke at 200 race pace
evens: recovery freestyle
(if you do another round, give yourself at least a minute of rest between rounds)

15 meters underwater, easy after breakout
