1 x 100 IM kick
1 x 200 free, pull
6 x 50 drill/swim, rotate through all non-free strokes
1 x 50 catch-up-kick drill combo drill

Main set:
Four rounds with emphasis on each stroke in IM order:
First round:
1 x 75 50 fly/25 back +15
1 x 75 50 fly/25 breast +15
1 x 75 50 fly/25 free +15
1 x 75 all free – regroup
Second round:
1 x 75 50 back/25 fly +15
1 x 75 50 back/25 breast +15
1 x 75 50 back/25 free +15
1 x 75 free regroup
etc.
Whatever the 50 is, the 25s are always the other three strokes.
