Hi MVMers,
Change your alarm clock! I forgot to mention this. Daylight savings is Sunday Nov 2. So confusing but I think we get extra sleep in the morning.
Temporary schedule at Rengstorff Pool: While we are swimming at Rengstorff Nov 3-16, and sharing the pool with LAMVAC, we’ll be swimming on an adjusted schedule to prevent over-crowding:
- Monday: 5, 6, 7 a.m. Nonfree focus
- Tuesday: 5, 6, 7 a.m. Freestyle aerobic threshold
- Wednesday: 5, 6, 7 a.m. IM focus
- Thursday: 5, 6, 7 a.m. Distance freestyle
- Friday: 5, 6, 7 a.m. Sprint freestyle
- Saturday: 6, 7, 8 a.m. Grab bag
- Sunday: 7, 8 a.m. Distance freestyle
There will be no Monday evening practice Nov 3 or November 10. They will resume Nov 17. Thank you for your patience as the city makes needed repairs to pool equipment!
Happy Swimming, MVM
