Happy New Year, MVMers!
We are back at Eagle Pool tomorrow, Friday, January 2nd, and will be doing our 100 Repeats every minute and thirty seconds, starting at 6:30am and ending at 9am. If you can, please arrive at 6am to help set up the pool; we will need the extra time as the storms have tangled up the covers. Ideal starting times are 6:30am and 7:45am for the second 50. Please be respectful of those who are already swimming when you arrive, and please remember that you may need to be flexible about what lane you swim in. Thank you and have a great swim!
