Workout Schedule
Our workout schedule is subject to change due to covid restrictions and facility-related issues. Here is our current schedule:
Mondays-Wednesdays-Fridays:
5:00am-6:00am
6:00am-7:00am
7:00am-8:00am
Tuesdays-Thursdays:
5:30am-6:45am
6:45am-8:00am
Saturdays & Holidays:
6:00am-7:00am
7:00am-8:00am
8:00am-9:00am
Sundays
7:00am-8:00am

Each day of the week has a different focus:
Monday – Threshold freestyle
Tuesday – Non-free
Wednesday – Mid-distance freestyle
Thursday – IM
Friday – Speed/sprint
Saturday – A little bit of everything
Sunday – Distance freestyle
Location: Eagle Park Pool
During the winter, swimmers at the first workout are expected to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to help pull covers.
We follow Mountain View city calendar for Holiday Hours (see below). Workout are still happening when it says CLOSED, just follow Holiday Hours.
