Workout Schedule

Our workout schedule is constantly changing due to covid restrictions and facility-related issues. Here is our current schedule as of late November:

Weekdays: 5:15am-7:50am (35-minute workouts, 4 each day)
Weekends & Holidays: 6am-8:50am (30-minute workouts, 5 each day)

Location: Eagle Park Pool

During the winter, swimmers at the first workout are expected to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to help pull covers.
