Workout Schedule

Our workout schedule is constantly changing due to covid restrictions and facility-related issues. Here is our current schedule as of late November:

Weekdays:
5:00am-6:00am
6:00am-7:00am
7:00am-7:55am

Saturdays & Holidays:
6:00am-7:00am
7:00am-8:00am
8:00am-8:55am

Sundays
7:00am-8:00am
8:00am-8:55am

Each day of the week has a different focus:
Monday – Threshold freestyle
Tuesday – Non-free
Wednesday – Mid-distance freestyle
Thursday – IM
Friday – Speed/sprint
Saturday – A little bit of everything
Sunday – Distance freestyle

Location: Eagle Park Pool

During the winter, swimmers at the first workout are expected to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to help pull covers.
