1 x 300 kick/drill/swim by 25s

4 x 200 +5, use whatever gear you want, try to make -5

Odds: +10, negative split
Evens: +15, fast/easy by 25s

#1 25 fast/75 easy
#2 50 fast/50 easy
#3 75 fast/25 easy
#4 all easy
#5 all fast
#6 all easy

#3-4 fast
