warm up:

drill set:

4×75

odds:  50 single arm drill/25 swim

evens:  50 kick/25 swim

4×25 rhythm drill

The focus of the drill set is on left side/right side stroke symmetry and balance

main set:

4×100 on cruise+10 sec

1×400 on cruise

4×100 on cruise+5 sec

1×400 on cruise+5 sec

4×100 on cruise

1×400 on cruise+10 sec

Hold the same pace on everything throughout the set.

last set:

100 easy swim.  Backstroke is suggested

4×75 (25 kick/25 drill/25 swim)

Choice of drills.  Take your time on these.  Try to reclaim your stroke.
