2×300 @ +15; #1 every 4th 25 non-free; #2 every 3rd 25 non-free

6×50 @+5; descend 1-3, 4-6

3×200 @ +20; #1 odd 50s non-free; #2 even 50s non-free; #3 all non-free (or IM)

6×50 kick @ +20-30; odds fast

6×100 @+10; odds non-free or IM; evens free

6×50 pull @ +5 or +10; breathe every 3, 5, 7 by 50
