Warm up:
500 (200 free – 100 kick – 100 choice – 100 free)

4 x 250
each one is broken as follows:
100 on cruise – 50 dolphin kick on back – 100 on c+10
take 15 seconds rest in between

4 x 100 pull, target c+10
3 x 100 kick. steady and snappy. 10 seconds rest in between

Warm down:
4 x 25 choice, build down (fast – slow), 10 seconds rest in between
100 back
100 free
