Another set to work on speed for the 200 breast
Warmup:
500 reverse IM: 200 free – 150 breast (kick-drill-swim) – 100 back – 50 fly (or dolphin kick)
4 x 125 IM kick
odds: add a 25 breast swim
evens: add a 25 free swim
Main Set:
8 x 50 breast on 1:00 to 1:10 (pick an interval that gives 20 to 25 seconds rest on the fast reps)
odds: fast (200 race pace)
evens: moderate DPS
100 to 200 easy
? x 25 choice, work on underwaters (go full 15m underwater on non-breast)
