150 free with over kick
3 x 50 (kick, kick-swim, swim)
8 x 25 distance per stroke, take fewest breaths possible
Main Set (Ryan’s favorite…?)
4 Rounds:
200 moderate on +10
3 x 100 on cruise or -5
Pull & Kick:
400 pull, every 4th length kick
8 x 50 kick, 2 of each stroke
