6 x 50: 2 sets of 3 golf

3 x 100 on +5, establish a cruise pace

3 x 600: or adjust distance

  1. Steady pace
  2. Negative split
  3. eve 100s should be up-tempo

3 x 100 pull, breathe every 3 or 5
