Back to Rengstorff: The pool heater at Eagle is going to be replaced in November. We will be swimming at the Rengstorff Pool from Monday, Nov. 3rd through Sunday, Nov. 16. We’ll remind everyone again but put it on your calendars we will be at Rengstorff for the first two weeks of November. Also, Monday evening workouts will be canceled while we are at Rengstorff.
Happy Hour coming up: Quick reminder we will have happy hour this coming Wednesday evening, September 24th at Steins Beer Garden in Mountain View. They are located one block off Castro on the corner of Villa and Bryant. Address is 895 Villa Street. Look for us in the outdoor seating area.

Swim and Schmear: Saturday Sept 27 will be Swim ‘n Schmear held on deck during the Saturday workout. Open to all MVMers.
“Cereal Killer Workout”: This event is in honor of Halloween & Dia de los Muertos. We’ll have a variety of cereal options on deck, including lactose and gluten free choices. Date is Saturday Nov 1st during the morning workout.
Save the Date! Don’t forget our ‘end of the year’ MVM Holiday Party. Date is Sat Dec 13, 5:30-8:30 PM. Location is Shoup Park. More details as we get closer to the event.
