6 x 100 :2 rounds of swim drill (2 single arm, 2 breathing side), stroke

2 rounds: 200 on cruise +15, 150 on Cruise+5, 100 on cruise

6 x 50 kick

4 x 200 pull c+10, c+5, cruise, cruise

6 x 50 odds up-tempo, evens easy
