Warm-up:
10 minutes of free swimming
4×50 Drill, different drill each 50
5×50 Kick 25 fast/25 Mod
6×50 +20 Build – Finish really strong

Main Set:
4×50 +20 25 fast/25 Mod, stop 5 seconds at the 25
4×100 +20 (1st, 1st 25 fast; 2nd, 2nd 25 fast…)

8×50 +40 Non Free FAST
