1 x 200 kick/drill by 25s, one each stroke
1 x 200 IM drill/swim

Main set, 4 rounds:
4 x 125 IM, slide 50 of each stroke throughout each IM +30
1 x 50 free, easy to moderate +15
3 x 50 stroke/free by 25s +20, stroke is uptempo
2800/3300

Dessert:
1 x 200 free, pull
4 x 75, rotating IM
1 x 200 free, pull
