2 x 50 long axis drill
2 x 50 catch-up/freestyle swim by 25s
2 x 50 rhythm/freestyle swim by 25s
2 x 100 free, 75 easy/25 less than 3 breaths

Main Set:
1 x 400 breathe every 3rd and 5th strokes by 25s
3 x 200 +15, +10, +5 pulling
1 x 300 negative split on Cruise
4 x 150 +15, +10, +5, C concentrate on legs
1 x 200 uptempo on Cruise
5 x 100 +15 build
2600/3200

Dessert:
1 x 200 kick, fast/easy by 25s
4 x 125 free, 75 easy/50 fast, rest 10 sec. between each 125
