Drill set:
4 x 50 kick/swim by 25s
1 x 100 pull
3 x 50 catch-up/swim by 25s
3 x 50 finger-tip drag/swim by 25s

Main set:
4 x 100 +10 descend
1 x 400 C, then regroup
4 x 75 +5 descend
1 x 300 -5 then regroup
4 x 50 C descent
1 x 200 -10 then regroup
1800/2400

Dessert:
3 x 150 +5, pull
3 x 50 +20 but try to come in at -5
3 x 100 C, pull
3 x 50 +15 but try to come in at -5
1000/3300
