Warmup:
4×100 drill-drill-swim-kick by 25, IMO

Main Set:
4×50 fly on 1:10, descend
100 IM on 1:50
100 free, build
50 easy

4×50 back on :55, descend
100 IM on 1:50
100 free, build
50 easy

4×50 breast on 1:05, descend
100 IM on 1:50
100 free, build

4×50 free on :50, descend
100 IM on 1:50
100 free, build

Dessert:
6×50 kick (no fins!) on 1:10, IMO
?x25 on :45, choice, max distance underwater and moderate after breakout

(times for SCM; adjust as necessary)
