Main Set – 2 rounds (or just 1, depending on time):
200 IM
4 x 50 free
4 x 25 free sprint
–rest–
200 free build
4 x 50 IMO or non-free choice
4 x 25 IMO sprint

Alternative to Round 2 (only for those who are festive and/or self-loathing):
20 x 25 fly on +10 to +15 (20 in honor of 2020?)
400 IM for time (rest up before you do it…)
reward yourself
