Warmup:
200 swim – 50 kick – 150 swim

Main Set – 300s Choice:
#1. cruise +20
#2. Break at 150, rest 10 seconds, negative split
#3. Break at 100s, 10 seconds rest
#4. Break at 50s, 10 seconds rest
#5. Pull DPS, breathe every 3-5-7 strokes by 100 (breathe every 3 for first 100, breathe every 5 for middle 100, breathe every 7 for last 100)

More??:
3 x 100 kick, :10 rest
8 x 50, odds work at level 5/10, evens work at level 8/10
200 pull
200 warm down
