50 kick, warm up your legs

3 x 400:
#1. 150 free – 100 back – 150 free
#2. all free. focus on core, steady kick, and keeping chest down
#3. 200 free – 100 back – 100 free

2 to 3 Rounds:
100 kick
200 pull, focus on your catch

400: 100 IM – 200 free – 100 warm down
