2 to 4 x 50 scull-build by 25
Main Set:
4 x 125 IM, rotate an extra 25 of each stroke
4 x 100 free on a challenging interval
4 x 75 rotating IM
4 x 50 free, descend 1-4
4 x 25 FAST on 20 seconds rest
Short on time? Drop the 125s and/or do 3 (rather than 4) of each part.
Want to make it longer? Repeat the main set or do it in reverse order.
