Main Set:
8 to 10 x 100 on cruise (or faster?)
100 easy

Post-Main Set:
300 pull: breathe every 3, 5 strokes by 50
4 x 75: build by 25
200 kick
4 x 50 negative split
8 x 25 FAST – kick or swim
