Descending Threes with Coach Misa – Mon 7/26/21

Drill Set:
4 x 50: 25 scull – 25 DPS, think about catch
4 x 75: 25 right arm – 25 left arm – 25 DPS

Main Set:
3 x 200 on cruise, descend 1-3
6 x 100 on +5, descend 1-3 and 4-6
9 x 50 on +10, descend 1-3, 4-6, and 7-9
optional modification #1: take an easy 50 between each set
optional modification #2: do the 50s non-free or kick, on a longer interval
