Distance set: 600-500-400-300-200-100 with 15 seconds rest at the 1/2 way of each and 30 seconds between them
Modified workout: 5×100, 4×100, 3×100, 2×100, 1×100; 10-15 seconds rest after each 100; 30 seconds rest after each group
6×50: odds moderate, evens up-tempo
