Main Set:
4×100 Free (+10/+10/+5/+5)
4×75 (25 fast kick/50 Swim)
200 Free on cruise
4×75 (25 fast kick/50 Swim)
6×50 Des (1-3 and 4-6) #3 and 6 are FAST
2xFUNS (Fly, Underwater, No Breath, Sprint by 25, rest 10/15 each 25)
