Stroke and IM day with Flo

Warm-up:
10 minutes of free swimming
300 every 3rd length non free
12×50 2x(2 Kick, 2 Drill, 2 Swim) choose 2 strokes

Main Set:
3 rounds focus on one stroke each round
4×50 Kick
2×50 Drill
2×125 IM Double one stroke
100 Free
50 FAST stroke

4 rounds of 3×25 (Build/FAST/EZ)
