Hello MVMers
Postal on Sunday: This coming Sunday, October 29th, we will have the Fun One-Mile postal swim. See the link below for all the details. We’ll have coffee and baked goodies for all who participate. You have until October 31 to send in your entry. Cost is only $12. Please reply to this email to let me know if you are participating. It’s possible we will have an 8am workout depending on number of entrants. We’d really like a head count.It should be fun and you may not want to miss my famous chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. Rumor has it that Martha Branch is also baking and she is a much better cook than I am.

Happy Hour: Our next happy hour social event is on Halloween at Olympus Cafe. Address is 135 Castro Street. We will start at 5:30pm. Feel free to wear a costume although it’s not mandatory.
