MVM Swim Caps: If you are interested in getting a silicone MVM swim cap then please fill out the online form. The caps are free but we need to know how many to order. The last day to fill out the form is tomorrow, Friday, November 10th. Here is the link: MVM Swim Caps
Renew your USMS registration: It’s that time of year. USMS registration opened November 1st. If you are not registered with USMS at the start of 2024 then you will not be allowed to participate in an MVM workout even if you have paid your dues. This is all for liability reasons. Postal Events: There are a couple of postals coming up before the end of 2023. They are Kick for Time and the 3000 Yard Swim. We won’t set aside an official day for them but we will do our best to make it happen if you are interested. Go to these links for more information:

Holiday Party: We are still at the ‘save the date’ stage. Our holiday party will be held December 9th. As usual we will start early (5pm-ish) and end at a radically late and wild hour – maybe 8:00 or 8:30-ish. More details to come.
