Main Set:

6×50 +15 odds 3 breath/25, evens Des (2, 4, 6)
3×50 +20 middle 25 fast
4×25 Build/12.5 Fast/EZ/FAST
50 EZ

2 rounds:
4×50 (+5/Cruise/-5/+10)
4×25 odds 1 breath, evens FAST
50 EZ
50 SUPER SONIC
