2 rounds of 100 swim, 100 Kick, 100 Drill

Main Set:
6×100 2 on +20, 2 on +10, 2 on +5
3 rounds of:
2×50 +5
50 Kick FAST
50 EZ

4×75: 50 FAST – stop to check your time – 25 EZ on your 100 cruise +15
4×25 FAST +20

100 EZ
