Managing your membership: We (that means Coach Flo) has added a new feature to our website that lets you update your contact and emergency contact information directly, without having to reach out to us. You can now update:
– Your email address
– Your phone number
– Your emergency contact name
– Your emergency contact phone number
To make a change, simply go to this link and enter your registered email address. We will send you a secure link that takes you straight to your information — no password needed. The link to edit your information is valid or 24 hours. If you do not need to make any changes, no action is required.
Quitting MVM: If you decide to stop being a member of MVM it’s easy. (Not that we want you to go, but we understand things happen.) Just stop your PayPal payments. That’s all you have to do. We will see it on the back end. FYI: if you started your PayPal, for example, on the 17th of the month then you will be billed until the 17th of the next month. Therefore, if you quit just after the 17th then you will be charged until the 17th of the following month and will be a member until then.
Holiday hours: This Friday will be holiday hours – 6am, 7am, and 8am. Saturday and Sunday will be regular hours. Happy upcoming 4th of July weekend!
Summer Picnic: Our summer/bbq picnic is Sunday, July 12 from 11am onward (‘til at least 3 or 4 pm). No RSVP needed, just come by anytime, and bring your partners and families! We’ll be at the Cuesta Park Group BBQ Area (sections #1 and #2). Nearest parking is at Nilda Avenue and Cuesta Dr. Please bring a potluck dish to share, plus something to grill and drink if you’d like. MVM will provide the fire, grilling supplies and non-alcoholic beverages. As always, we encourage you to bring reusable dish ware to cut down on waste, but we will have plates and napkins on hand.
MVM Alcatraz Swim 2026: Since 2022, MVM has been making a splash with our annual open water swim — and this year, we’re tackling the legendary Alcatraz to Aquatic Park swim, and we want YOU there! Open to MVM swimmers, friends, and family, this Bay Area bucket-list adventure is one you won’t want to miss. Got questions?
