Hi MVMers,
IMPORTANT SURVEY – SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS: Our 2026 MVM Member survey is online now and we want your feedback today! Help us understand what you think is working well (or not), what you love (or not), and other thoughts about your experience with MVM. It takes just 5-10 minutes to complete. The results are best if EVERYONE completes it… and will help team leadership guide the club in the coming months and years. Thank you!
Monday evening workouts: Evening workouts are back to starting at 6:30pm.
Happy Hour August 20th: Upcoming social event/happy hour will be at Eureka! on Castro Street in downtown Mountain View on August 20th 5:30pm. MVM will pay for appetizers. Hope to see you there.
Alcatraz Swim: Deadline to sign up for Coach Flo’s super duper Alcatraz swim is September 1st. The swim is September 12th. Click here to register. If you’ve never done it then you are in for a treat.
Happy Swimming, MVM
