Main set:
1 x 400 at -5 pace, then regroup
6 x 100 +10 25 fast/75 easy, 50 fast/50 easy, 75 fast/25 easy, all easy, all fast, all easy
3 x 200 +10, +5, C
8 x 50 +10 fast/easy by 25s
2000/2700

Dessert:
1 x 200 kick
4 x 150 pull
