2 x 50 MAX – big recovery, !!!% effort
Set #3: Heart Pyramid
150 “Personal IM” – however you want to divide a 150 between the strokes
300 pull – work on your catch! slow down!
75 kick – no board
25 fly – because you love it
300 love a long warmdown
