12 x 50, repeat following pattern:
#1 50 kick
#2 kick-swim by 25
#3 swim

Main Set Round 1:
200 moderate
3 x 100 on cruise

Main Set Round 2:
200 moderate
4 x 75 on cruise

Main Set Round 3:
200 moderate
6 x 50 on cruise

Main Set Round 4:
200 moderate
12 x 25 on cruise

Pull/Kick Set:
8 x 100, rotate a kick lap
