100 50 drill/50 swim

Main set:
6×100 Free +10
6×50 (Kick/Swim/Drill/Swim/Fast/EZ)
6×25 Fast/EZ
6×50 (Kick/Swim/Drill/Swim/Fast/EZ)
2×200 1st and 5th 25 fast
