10 minute warm up

3 x 200. #1 Drill/Swim by 50, #2 Kick/Swim by 50, #3 Build/Swim by 50

3 x 600 to 800 yards. #1 Straight through, #2 15 second break at the middle, #3 10 second break at each 200.
