Regular Practice Schedule on Saturday: Reminder that the City gave us back our 8am Saturday practice. We are back to having three practices on Saturday morning – 6am, 7am, 8am.

More open water swims: Coach Flo’s Annual MVM Exclusive Open Water Swim will happen on September 28th. For the third year in a row, Coach Flo is organizing an open water swim in the San Francisco Bay.
