Annual Report: Happy Spring! It is time for the team’s annual report and vote. Our bylaws state that at least once a year, our members come together (in person or virtually) to approve the budget and board of directors. This year, you may vote online anytime between now and April 25. Your voting form can be accessed by clicking here. There are a few optional questions as well. Both a letter from Marni and the budget are linked inside the form.
New board members: Welcome to our new board members – Jenna Neustatter, Catherine Capriles, Steve Kafka, and Julie Watt. Great to have you on board!!
Pancake Breakfast Reminder: Al and Anita’s famous pancake breakfast is coming up. Date is April 19th. The address is 1761 Pilgrim Avenue in Mountain View. No need to register. Just show up after the Saturday swim practice. Email me if you have any questions.
Swim ‘n Schmear: Our next Swim ‘n Schmear, will be Saturday, May 3rd. We’ll have bagels, coffee, and schmear right on the pool deck. Eat and mingle with fellow MVMers after practice.
Textedly: For all new members, let me know if you would like to be included on our Textedly list. We only send texts to the team in case of an emergency, such as a pool closure that comes at the last minute.
