Monday evening workout: Don’t forget our second Monday evening workout is this evening from 6:45 to 7:45.
Coach Flo’s Alcatraz Swim: Since 2022, MVM has organized an annual open water swim for MVM swimmers, friends and family in the Bay Area. We have done the Alcatraz swim a couple of times and a Golden Gate swim. For 2025, we are going back to the basic with a swim from Alcatraz to Aquatic Park. The swim will be on the 13th of September. The cost is $210/swimmer. Feel free to invite a friend (or two). Click here for the link to sign up.
Holiday Reminder: We will have holiday hours for Monday, Memorial Day on May 26th. Hours are 6am, 7am, and 8am.
