Memorial Day: Quick reminder that tomorrow is Memorial Day.therefore the morning workouts will be holiday hours – 6am, 7am, and 8am. No workout tomorrow evening.
Monday evening workouts: Beginning June 8th, start time for the Monday evening workouts will move to 7:30pm. This is our summer schedule.
